There's always a line, but I think they usually work well under pressure, and don't get crabby "just because". I can always laugh and make conversation/jokes with the cashiers. It's usually pretty clean inside and out in the parking lot. I love the woman at the customer service desk. I'm not sure what her name is, but she's great! (I'll edit next time I go in and see her.)
